Monika Dypeng
Monika Dypeng is one of Norway’s most experienced headhunter within the financial sector. She has her educational background within the areas of Economics/Finance/HR and has previously worked as an investment broker, a stockbroker and other various managerial positions within HR and Recruitment.
Andreas Aaberg
Andreas has his educational background within the area of Marketing, and holds his degree from the Norwegian School of Management. Working as a headhunter for the past seven years, Andreas hold an extensive network. Through his career Andreas has also been responsible for the establishment of various companies. Andreas is primarily responsible for the area of Insurance, but he also holds experience within the areas of consulting, banking and shipping. Andreas is also an active athlete and has played professional handball in both Norway and Germany.
Rudi Holt
Rudi Holt is an experienced headhunter within the Health, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Med Tech and Food areas. She holds a degree in Engineering and has twenty years of managerial experience from laboratories, sales & product-management, business development and recruitment working in global leading companies. She has an extensive network within her areas of expertise.
Renate Skilnand
Renate Skilnand holds a Master of Management with Finance from Cass Business School in London. She is experienced within the areas of Finance and Recruitment. Previously working as a headhunter within Finance in London she holds an extensive international network within the area of Finance. She has also holds experience from the financial industry in Norway, having previously worked as an investment broker.

Whether you choose to engage Hermes Headhunting as a partner on executive search or advertised selection, we will make sure that the process is concluded with the most suitable candidate, who will contribute to your business. We utilise the following base methodology, tailoring the process to fit our clients’ requirements and requests.
Phase 1- Client insight
- Specification of requirements
During the first phase we define the underlying recruitment strategy for our client, and create a complete description of the requirements which will serve as a base with regards to potential candidates.
-Candidate profile
Based on the requirements from our client, Hermes Headhunting will prepare a candidate and employment profile to serve as a further foundation.
Phase 2Candidate search
- Evaluation
During the second phase we perform in-depth research to identify the most suitable potential candidates with respect to the given requirements, in the market as well as in our network.
- Qualifying candidates
During the end of the second phase we will present a shortlist to the client, based on in-depth interviews and reference checks, in form of a written report with a recap of all the potential suitable candidates. The selected candidates from the shortlist form the base for the work conducted in Phase 3.
Phase 3Implementation
- Client and Candidate Follow-up
In this final phase we will decide which three candidates that will be further tested and observed, before the client reach a decision. We will facilitate the process and steer the lines of communication until the end. If desired, we will assist in contract and remuneration negotiations.
- Optimisation and integration for client and candidate
Both our clients and candidates will be followed-up as the recruitment process itself is concluded. We value all feedbacks as we measure our success in the contentment of our clients and candidates.
